Rates include your choice of hotel room
on the conference center grounds for your entire stay.
We have booked blocks of rooms in the two hotels shown below
 in order to offer the best pricing options.
Rates shown are per person
and include your room, classes, and meals for your entire stay.

Please note:
In order to get the shared-room rate,
you must list your roommate's name on your registration form.

(Registration fee of $100 is additional.)

Bauer Lodge 2012

This modern hotel is located in the main conference area.
There is a lounge located on each of the 2nd and 3rd floors that has a TV/VCR, microwave, refrigerator, and complimentary coffee.
The Rug Gallery is located on the first floor of this lodge.

Single: $969

Double: $669
(There are 3 rooms with two queen beds.
All others will have one queen bed and two single beds.
First come, first serve)

Triple: $594
(one  queen bed, two single beds)

Lone Tree Lodge 2012

This hotel is 1/2 mile from the main conference area. A total interior renovation was completed in 2003, so all facilities are new.
Each room has a private bathroom and either two or three single beds.

Single: $779

Double: $574

Triple: $531

Please note that this building has two floors, no elevator.
The only phone is an emergency phone in the hallway.
It is a beautiful 10-15 minute walk to this lodge,
be sure to bring a flashlight.
 

Meals
Our 3 daily meals will be served buffet style in the conference center's spacious Kraft Centre dining room. The dining room is conveniently located between our classroom space and Bauer Lodge. Meals will be served beginning with Sunday evening dinner through Friday breakfast, except Wednesday evening when we'll take advantage of any one of the great restaurants in the local area --

Commuters 2012
Your registration fees include daily lunch and dinner,
 Sunday evening through Thursday evening, except Wednesday dinner.
Your registration also includes daily entrance fees to the grounds.
Commuter rate: $370.
